PRICING: Please Read Carefully: Venue109 pricing Starts at $1000 for early events starting at 8am ending at 5pm. $1500 for events starting at 6pm ending at 1am. Wedding events start at $2500 and can increase by addtional services. Venue109 is an excellent space for Micro Weddings (50-100) guest count. Our Venue includes everything you need for your event, tables, chairs, linens, TVs, Sound & lighting. Valet parking,Catering, Dj ect., are available at an additional cost unless its included on your contract. NOTE: Set up is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
